My Package is Marked as Delivered, but I Cannot Find It. What Can I Do?

If your track your order using your tracking number and see that the shipping courier has indicated that the package has been delivered, however you are unable to find it, we recommend that you first thoroughly check the property and check with your immediate neighbors. 

If your package is still misplaced, please call out customer service center at 888.432.8530 to explore your options. We will be able to start in investigation into the whereabouts of your package 24 hours after its stated delivery.
