What You Can Do

DISPUTING CHARGES:

If your attempts to refund your counterfeit UGG merchandise have been unresolved by the merchant who sold you counterfeits, you can dispute the charge with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Chase, your bank, PayPal, et.. Disputing counterfeit charges works similarly to fraudulent charges on your credit card. However, in order to dispute the charge most payment providers require you to have:

Proof of purchase (email confirmation from vendor or paper receipt/invoice)

Proof of attempts to return the product for a refund (email chain or letter exchanges)

A screenshot of the results from our authorized retailer lookup box (link to or URL legal notice.)

LEGAL NOTICES:

After UGG has taken legal action against a website, we install legal notices. If you purchased from a website that currently looks like these legal notifications, payment providers may also accept a screenshot of the notice as an indicator that the URL sold counterfeits.*

When you have collected this evidence, call the number on the back of your credit card, debit card, or customer service phone number at your bank or credit card company. If the website you purchased from is not currently in our lookup box, email the URL to counterfeit@ugg.com.
